LPK Seikou Global Mandiri was established with the aim of bridging Indonesia and the international community, especially Japan, in the field of skilled labor placement. We are committed to improving the quality of Indonesian human resources to compete in the global market. Founded in 2017 by Andi Syahputra, the company was inspired by the founder's personal experience and his vision to empower Indonesian workers by providing training and opportunities to work abroad. The idea for LPK Seikou Global Mandiri arose from the awareness of the untapped potential of Indonesian labor. Initially, LPK Seikou Global Mandiri started by offering basic Japanese language training and technical skill development for prospective workers. Through hard work and dedication, the company gained recognition and built partnerships with various companies in Japan seeking skilled workers from Indonesia. Over time, LPK Seikou Global Mandiri continued to grow by adding new training programs and expanding its partnership network. In 2021, the company opened branches in several cities in Indonesia to reach more prospective workers. Additionally, we introduced the Tokutei Ginou program, which provides greater opportunities for Indonesian workers to work in Japan with a special skills visa.
